  • Hello….I am currently 24 years old and I am constantly wondering what others ways are there to detoxify body. Also, can multi-vitamins acceptable when detoxifying due to the fact that majority of the foods within the grocery stores today are genetically modified. In addition, I have recently stopped eating red meat.

  • However, I am also constantly wondering how can I increase my hormones naturally when can help me to be motivated when workout, non being fatigue, and non being anyway depressed. In reference to the multi-vitamin, I am taking the following: D3, A, B (ALL), fish oil, ginseng, ginkgo, zinc, folic acid, E, and odorless garlic. I have been taking these vitamins for four months.
