  • man it’s so true! before i started doing protein shakes, I would get sore muscles for DAYS and I’d usually skip a day bc i hurt so bad, once I started, my healing time is cut in half, no more skipping bc of sore muscles! I like the blender bottle bc it breaks down the chunks. :P

    You should buy weight gainer, thats what i am currently using and its heaps good.

  • scott, im using optimum brand, 100% whey early morning and after workouts, casein at night. and within a day i try to have some protein rich and carbs thru out the day.

    protein does repair your tissues yeah. so each it repairs the layers get thicker and thicker yeah, resulting in growing of muscles.?

    this happens to the whole body system yeah. if you have a great intense workout. .

    i use mutlivitamins. optimen. and i have seen changes in my fitness and strength. what do they do actually
