    I have chronic fatigue syndrome and so far I really haven’t seen a variation taking b12 vitamins. I have been taking them along with folic acid. I’m looking pro the aptly supplement regime pro relief aptly currently and I doubtless need a b complicated I reckon. Unfortunately other things pro cfs such as nadh and coenzemated a are so expensive :(

    @azkalpien It is impossible to overdo on vitamin B12 it is very safe but you don’t need more than 1 mg. Many find it a superior alternative to energy drinks.

    @anticliche321 Try out the back of your b12 bottle and see what its made of. If you look up cyanocobalamin in google you find a ton of sites where people commenting about having problems or getting sick after having used cyanocobalamin. A upset about Cyanide being in it or whatever. You want to get on to ones that say its made of methylcobalamin or HydroxyCobalamin. You shouldn’t get on to sick then.
